Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

In your opinion, what amount would you have to have paid out for someone else to perform the work you did?  

@Alex Short so you need to leave the good hands and find an agent that is an "insurance broker" meaning they can write policies for multiple companies not just the brand they work for.

You are definitely negative cash flow.Yes, I would consider selling it and moving the money to a property that performs better.

I imagine it’s not too different from totally demolishing a house and rebuilding it brand new.

Looking back, I must acknowledge that personal branding and social media played a huge role in my success.
