I just commit to agents that if they show me a property and I want to buy it, I'll submit the offer through them.When you get out of your exclusive arrangement, I'd be happy to help you....whether it's to submit an offer on the property in question, or to find another one(s).

I confronted her that I don't feel comfortable with people entering my home when I'm not there because of my valuable possessions and my dogs, and that I'd like the 24 hr notice so that I can make arrangements and also make sure the house is as presentable as possible, considering packing and moving will be taking place.

It is clear that the optionee is the tenant paying above market rents.......another predatory matter and giving credits toward a purchase price is a financing arrangement covered specifically in Dodd-Frank!

It is the lender's option, not a requirement, but there are contractual arrangements that do make it a requirement if interests have been transferred.If you can't understand and live with the risk, don't go there. :)
