While I am having a property manager take care of the day to day, is there a nice piece of software out there that I can keep track of this and future rental properties?

I am 25 yrs old and have been a software engineer for the past 2 years.  

Physically look at the software they use and ask them how they are screening, verifying when properties are ready for the investor and how they communicate.Once youre good with that and you’ve got one under your belt, then let todays technology help you make more purchases...

I do have a skiptracing software I just needed a list to work on.

These days, the computer software makes it fairly easy for CPAs to do that, even if they're located in another state (such as your home state of Pennsylvania). 

Hi everyone, does anyone out there have a suggestion for a good CRM Software?

I have taken a slow and steady path, while also remaining successful in my “other” career (software).

I'm looking for software that pulls up data on a target properties.

Do any of these software programs not allow that?
