Help on making a decision on property management software

Hello everyone,

I was hoping to get some of your insight on ...

-  Should I get property management software  ( we have 20 residential units and 25 commercial units)

- What software do you recommend.... All of the accounting work is done with quickbooks, so I believe I'm looking for software to best help out with managing tenants, leases, payments, showings....etc..
