What does the economic outlook mean for hard money lenders, and for portfolio lenders?

I'd say this is more pessimistic than the outlook amongst agents in New York.

The outlook in Austin is definitely brighter than what's happening nationwide: nationwide listings were up 17.3 percent on March 1 and down a significant 27.1 percent by April 5.

So, know of a few different realty companies, try them out looking at property, as you use them you will find one or two that work for you. 

I have much different outlook.

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? Given the current environment how well do you think the EPTX market will hold up?

@Laura Williams quite a leap to get a silver lining out of this, but that pipe you dug out looks like it was either leaking already or about to go.

My original plan was to house hack my first place here by getting a roomie and eventually move and rent it out... looks like it wouldn't be cash flowing regardless with where home prices/ average rent are now!

Although I recently bought a house in Jacksonville, I don’t like the long-term outlook for the market.
