While the marketing is key, and should certainly be factored in (influencer stays, paid social posts, video and photography work), the equally important point I was trying to make is you need a product that stands out.  

So what I really wanted from Wealthablity was a CPA firm with the Rich Dad philosophy.The Wealthability program is a set of video lessons of Tom teaching his book.

I plan to do a lot of reading, watching training videos, listening to audio books, and talking with people to educate myself.

I have worked with investors out of state and overseas and always make sure I get pictures and video if needed, I have also done repairs myself and paid for them so know what things cost and know what should be charged to do the repairs.

I'm pretty sure Brandon has a video on the YouTube channel about driving for dollars and explains the process of finding the owner.
