I will make investments through a brokerage account as well as non-traditional real estate investments.The providers with the least expensive rates seem to be MySolo401K.net, Fox&Fox, and Sunwest Trust.

If as @Justin Fox has suggested, you responsibly saved your money, you will have no problem doing any of this.

Your ideas about fair housing laws are more in tune with a Fox News broadcast than reality.

You don't give the exact address, but I'm assuming it's maybe in the Fox Creek area which is close to Morada (as opposed to Madera which no part of Stockton is close to).
