You must constantly have your finger on the pulse of your market, and more importantly, you need to be prepared to change when your market changes.

Fingers crossed for you though.Side question - I'm in a situation similar to yours in that I am looking to invest somewhere with better returns.

I had to comb through a lot and cross my fingers and pass up on some deals, but they are there.

Some real estate agents and brokers like to tell everyone about a wholesaler that is doing deals that is not licensed, but the broker or agent doesn't like to put their real name on the line as the one that finger the wholesaler because they could get sued, and that would be bad for business.Joe Gore
