I've seen several investors on BP state that they disregard list price and offer what their numbers tell them to offer.

A guy who disregards his wife's opinion and pursues it because he "wears the pants" in the family isn't likely to have a successful marriage.Your doctor/surgery analogy just didn't fit the situation. 

Drug dealing, property damage, and an overall disregard for the rules are a few of the things that the prepaid rent crowd are known for.

It may be as simple as each of your LLC's being a disregarded entity for federal tax purposes and you personally are actually the taxpayer for each property by virtue of the treatment on your tax return.  

(buy and hold) One lowered my tax assed value to the purchase price without me even asking or filling out a form.The other sends me a questionnaire, Disregards the sale price if it is lower than thier assesed value (but reasseses immediately if it's above) Short answer to your question,  they will probably raise it either now or eventually, but it's very county/city specific. 

If not, single member, disregarded entity for tax and alter ego issues for civil matters.

Disregard their requests, then kick them out when possible
