Yes, but not with a conventional loan (i.e. 30-year fixed rate Fannie Mae) that is resold in the secondary market, as these can only be made to individuals.You will have to work with a local bank or credit union, paying a somewhat higher rate and likely having a 5 year balloon note (perhaps amortizing over a 20-25 year period).

If not have a credit union do the loan, most of them hold their own loans.

The best bet is to build a relationship with a local credit union or bank, sometimes they have a portfolio division and are willing to invest in you.Like I said, I haven't been in the business for a while and I currently deal with private investors now so I may be a little out of the loop but I hope this helps!
