Wells Fargo (retail buyers) just asked to see the HUD from when I purchased it 4mo ago. Normal?

We have never run into this but this is also our first time dealing with Wells Fargo lending money to one of our buyers. This is the second "big" what the frank curve ball WF has thrown us.

It's not an FHA backed loan. Buyers are putting $82k down, and the husband is an exec for WF.

This was a flip purchased off probate mailers that we sold for well over double initial purchase price.

Anyone have any ideas why the underwriters would need to see our HUD to close this deal? We are set to close the 30th.
