That, and all my money would be tied up in notes that may or may not work out.  

I'm in a super competitive area need other options.I do know about the mailing/driving for dollars,but I'm trying to use the VA loan so most properties that will work out with that will probably  fail inspection.

I don't really want to touch my primary residence if possible, so I'm trying to work out ways around it.

We have a few offers out in the Cleveland area but if they don't work out we might start exploring elsewhere. 

I invest remotely it is not great. but can work because numbers do work out ok.

Tell them whatever don't work out you will refer it back to them for a possible listing.

There were some new wiring added but mostly the old one was kept.I will direct your information to the buyer’s agent and hope they can an insurance company and work out something.

Walk away or sign contract pending boundary adjustment and see what I or seller can work out based on knowing there is a valid offer?

Aundrea,I would possibly call around to a few brokers in Illinois or PM companies and see if you can work out some sort of deal.

I can see how scaling this for larger deals could work out pretty well for all parties.Thanks again
