FYI, I'm not affiliated with the company.I came across the company in a free multi-presentation webinar where they were one presenter of several, presenting their offerings to attendees.I've personally invested a small amount in them to try, roughly on the order of 1% equity share per property which is around $1500 per property.

I watched David Greene's How to Become a Real Estate Millionaire webinar last week whereby he talked about adding small multis to your portfolio each year and renting out one unit.

checkout the webinars and participate in the forums and you’ll learn all you need to know to get started. 

I've tuned in to several BiggerPockets webinars but I'm still just not sure how I should go about financing my first deal.

Other than going to meetups, I would watch the weekly webinars from Biggerpockets and listen to their weekly podcasts!

First thing I did was forward him 1031 webinar I attended last week so he can be more educated about the subject .
