I think a more likely trend is multiple family members, or even friends, going in together to buy a home because they can't qualify alone. 

Often rates trend a bit higher compared to the 1-4 unit program.

I noticed this area is showing some substantial growth in the current market trends.

Does anyone know a sight to chk. trends as to where in big bear it's working better then some areas (lots of saturated areas).

I think part of that is they keep the facility in good shape in part by restricting what people can do to it.I can see getting dinged for a crappy looking thermostat, but as long as the place gets warm when you turn it up, I think they'll be happy.

Don't wait too long, because those gain may lose value based on time, trends, or rates.

This includes having team members that specialize in each specific part of the process, spotting macro trends quicker, and buying consumables, furniture, and other services in bulk.

Colorado is on a downward trend.
