She is interested in selling but from the best I can tell this is not going to be an easy task.

So many nuances from property taxes, insurances, what does airdna or rabbit say, cost of internet, HOA, permit costs, local utilities, are you doing maintenance or is someone else....

Then, think about how you would reallocate those hours towards revenue generating tasks for your REI business.
