There were roughly 350-400 that came up between Friendswood, League City and a few of the surrounding towns (All of which have pretty strong markets). 

My goal as an agent is to work in real estate, get involved in the game, help others,  but to ultimately have investment properties of my own as well, plus you have access to the MLS and have a good network surrounding you.Are there complications of being a realtor to the point where its hard to acquire your own investment properties?

If it's in a surrounding town, like Dartmouth or Fairhaven, it's easily be in the $260K range.

Just to break even it looks like you would have to sell the property at twice the price of the properties surrounding you.So what are possible exit strategies?
