@Apostolos Karnavas I agree with @Richard Bechtol An attorney will make sure both you and your uncle have everything spelled out.

I think multi family living is fairly easy if you have strong leases that spell out everyone’s expectations.

They seem very thorough and spell everything out.

Make sure to set up your alerts carefully and account for different spellings or abbreviations (for example, I have to have "turnkey" "turn-key" and "turn key").Glad to have another enthusiastic contributor on board!

I have properties in different states with different ppty mgmt and lease agmts obviously vary, so not sure to what extent these points are already spelled out (if any). 

I not only have things spelled out in my lease but I make tenants sign a paper with a list of rules (most are already stated in the lease). 

Whether that be an ad on Craigslist, Rent-2-Own signs  (yes spelled that way as it conveys better than Rent-to-own) that have your number on it so you can get them to your open house.There are other methods but the key thing here is that you attract these type of folks to the property. 

(Literally spells out what you can and can not do) But a lot of tasks may require a real estate license.

I see no need to spell out each item individually in an agreement.
