@Anthony Thompson It's so tough because these prices and '9th inning' sentiment has been around for at least two years, maybe three.Rents at 25% below current market seems like a really great standard, but as you said makes growing the portfolio almost impossible.

That is the situation as it exists in the real world.On the other hand, here in the BP forums, we are routinely inundated with requests to know more from people who are "excited about passive income through real estate" or "finding financial freedom through rentals," or all the other different slogans and catchphrases that all essentially, boil down to one sentiment: "I want to quit my job yet have a secure income coming in as rent."
