Gonna be a lot of "fake-news" on what this all means as retail sheeple-agents freak out over having to use there heads for more than a hat rack, and doing what they do, blame the market.... 

If rates go down just another percentage point, that's what I'm hoping for by year-end, prices are going to go through the roof...Everyone will come out and buy.

If it was my deal I would look at the big capital expenses (roof, foundation, AC etc) and determine if those will be a factor in the older property.
