Please remember it is Christmas Day, and finding an emergency plumber was quite challenging.

The earliest I can get a plumber to look at this issue is tomorrow morning.

I know wholesalers who spend $10,000 monthly on advertising, and ALWAYS deliver what they promise because when spending $120k annually on your reputation, you don’t want to undo all that goodwill.  

I wonder what priority showings are getting here too.Do your homework and find a reputable company online and call a few places before reducing price.

I believe insurance is going to cover it but plumber wants to do a hydrostatic test.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reputable AC company in San Antonio? 

I feel like low flow will cause you to have to call a plumber a lot more.

In my experience I find that using a reputable company to manage the property will bring more value than the cost you are spending.

You can work with a reputable local real estate agent, contractor, lender, and property manager to handle the process on your behalf. 

@Bruce Woodruff If a contractor has a history of disciplinary actions against them, that will impact their reputation, their ability to generate work and stay in business.
