Delay in Plumbing Fix - reimbursement?

Hi Team,

There is greywater coming up through the basement floor drain. The earliest I can get a plumber to look at this issue is tomorrow morning. It's about 1:30 pm now. This will prevent them from being able to use water unless absolutely necessary. Would this situation call for a reimbursement of some amount? If so, how much?
