Now I made sure I remembered and wrote down what Schein Terry’s Retail Buyer program asked for, so I created two templates 1) Power of attorney on behalf of the seller for a certain timeframe 2) Notice of Interest against the property for a certain timeframe.

Remember that you need to think like your partner - what do THEY want out of the deal?
