Although IMO most members of the US Senate and house are so/so at best, too many of them are religious fanatics who draw most of their support from a very fringe group of voters.It's the 21st century folks.

it could be a small private school..in carolina many small religious colleges (think less than 3,000 students) do not allow off campus housing, or limit it to seniors with a good gpa or something..something else to look into...but eddie, i admire your imagination on this one..there is a run down, boarded up motel in a trendy hot area where i live that i would love to change into one bedroom efficiencies...i prob wouldn't even tear out the heart shaped jacuzzis lol

The teenage mothers are the product of bad parenting, and the religious crazies are the product of a Church who thinks it's okay to rape little boys and cover it up.

You would definitely look at larger population centers with multiple entertainment destination centers and would want to research where local festivals occur.  

As already said, 1st make sure the municipality allows short term rentals, then try to find a secluded lot where people can walk or bike ride to festivals/restaurants/attractions/etc. and I'm sure you'll do fine.  

It is not a religious matter, it's a social, legal and economic matter.  

I read all the great investing books, I listen to the bigger pockets podcast religiously.

One of the best ways to do it is through community organizations whether that be the local REIA, religious organizations, business networking events, etc. 

I did have a family, a very decent religious family who took a sex offender in, he did great, the family loved him until mom got home early one day and found him having sex with the 11 year old.The job I do is important, but the reason I am investing is that I look forward to a life where I do not deal with this kind of stuff on a daily basis.

However, different religious beliefs may have different opinions.
