One way to handle this is to stay in the house while it is vacant, or pay a friend to house sit until you find a tenant.

On it currently, sits a 4 bd/4bath house (1900 sq ft) that we built in 2018-19.

Seller's with listings that are sitting are increasingly more reasonable to negotiation or concession.

If you recall prior to the last crash, people used the same question you just did..."

Now if you raise the money through private lenders and let it sit in your bank account for a few months they probably wouldn't know.  

It may make a difference if the rent for the $300k property is so high there will be few tenant prospects available and it may sit vacant.

And also if there is a potential buyer or not, maybe also a community of investors, heck even finding new tenants, wouldn’t that be amazing investing in real estate while you are sitting on your cozy couch at home I started to work on it btw just to fix my problems and save time Is it a good idea for you guys ???

In general the larger a tile is the easier it is to get it to sit flat.

I believe the toilet sitting on top of it is ok as it can still move under it if needed.4- A nice clean caulk line at the edge of the tub will work fine and look just fine.5- I have not had to repair any sections yet, but am anticipating it to be a nightmare...I hope this helps.
