Hi Jesson - in case you haven't come across this one, here is an article published last year on BiggerPockets on the Multifamily DSCR Loans options which may be good option for you - it breaks down the major differences and the pros/cons of each. 

It would be nice to see an income/expense  statement covering these questions from the people who publish books on DST's.

They publish books yearly with updates but its pricey but once you get one, it can be used for 3-4 years before its grossly out of date.  

This requires a lot of high speed leg work because the list of properties to be sold is published only about 44 hours before the sale. 

Look for reports from the local chamber of commerce or business outlooks published by industry groups.
