My response would be more like:Hi (Insert tenant name),All is going well, Thank you for asking.I received your request and have attached a receipt showing your payment of the rent for November 2017.

What you showed still needs a backer material to attach to. 

I don't think there would be time in this scenario, but it's a good idea on how raise small amounts of capital, especially since HML doesn't seem to be a solution.The borrowers father built the house, so there is an emotional attachment.

I just closed on 2 properties attached to each other and each unit has 2 unit, in Florida.

People are attached to their homes and would never give it up for 5-10% market value, even with liens, its almost disrespectful.

So just bought a nice 2 acre piece of raw land to flip and not sure what to do with the storage shed (image attached) that's on it.
