I hope to one day get more involved in this sphere by trading development work for project equity and doing my own spec deals.One thing that bothers me is that I have excellent access to multiple asset managers who deal strictly with commercial / multifamily / etc property but i'm not entirely sure how to capitalize on those connections without investor dollars, which I don't have for that purpose.
