Hey Guys, I’m looking for a new accountant in Orange County, CA and need someone with experience working with real estate investors.

and of course I am biased getting my real estate license at 18 in the SF bay area and Brokers at 20.. then becoming a HML  its the path I chose but those paths allowed me to intersect with a lot of very smart people and move up the food chain.I had no money when I started I lived at home and drove my parents car the first 8 months of selling real estate until I could buy my own.. its was an Orange Karmen Ghia  that baby would be a collectors item today.. !!!

@Mike ShulmanI am seeing homes in winter garden and ocoee on AirBNB, I thought Orange had an ordinance against using non occupied whole dwellings for STRs?

I feel as though you are comparing apples to oranges.

buy cash flow rentals is apples and oranges to what you want to do which is create a business that flips properties so you make big checks not drip income. the goal is to do what we do and flip properties to turnkey buyers thats what you want to do you do the acquiring the rehab and then sell to out of state investors looking for income long term but cant do it themselves to risky and they want a nice product you become a supplier of these assets..
