Sacramento Wholesale Escrow Agent
Hi everyone!
I am meeting with a buyer tomorrow in Sacramento to go over the Purchase Agreement for a wholesale contract. The escrow company that I had used in the past no longer handles assignment of contracts for non licensed realtors due to the "messiness" of them. I am meeting the seller tomorrow morning and no longer have an Escrow Agent or Company that can handle escrow.
Does anyone know of someone in the Sacramento area that can handle a contract assignment??
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
