I am a land lord but don’t own my residence.What are my options?

The vacation homes offered a low 10% down so that was helpful.

Option A would allow me to keep it as a long term rental .

One group is now offering a pref equity investment to rescue their deals, while they still actively market how they have never had a capital call (technically, accurate, but in spirit very deceptive). 

What other options would be good?  

Gas or electric would be a much better option, safety wise, from a house fire standpoint, CO danger, or danger to children or pets from the open flames.
