BTW, should also be buying EVERYWHERE , GH, MH, CH, Lee Harvard, West side, ( stay away from Storer ave for now  )  I have seen pricing increase substantially over the last , 4 - 7 years, and seems to be continuing . 

@Bo Lee  he doesn't have any water contamination concerns where he is at.

Technically I think that address (3753 E 144th) would be considered Lee-Harvard... which is not THAT bad of an area (as a whole)... but those streets there right off of Bartlett are pretty rough.
