So with my fingers crossed and hair pulled out wondering if I could pull it off without making a worm dinner for myself, I took that romex I found apart at the panel in the basement, attached a pull wire to it in the basement, pulled it back up to the bathroom, then attached two new wires for a total of three, and pulled them all back down very carefully, by myself mind you, through that tiny space full of nails and debris and all that.

I think that @Corby Goade hit the nail on the head... the only thing I'd add is to meet with them in person, and see how they field questions on the spot.

I've wasted alot of time looking at "MINT" trucks that were polished turds. 

Honestly, it can be nail-biting sometimes. 

Such as new paint, polish hardwood floors and other minor touches.

From what i noticed driving around the neighborhoods, it seems like a lot of the homes just needs polishing, and what's great is that the properties are sitting on so much land!

Hello @Marc Izquierdo,I think @Max T. hit the nail on the head.You've gotten some good traffic and multiple applications, price is not the issue.Inquiries on my rental and sales listings have slowed down a bit as well.

Also, you would hate to have a vicious tenant that nails you on changed laws that you were not aware of...
