This is perfectly acceptable in MI.Also I've heard that there is a way of transfering ownership where you do not have to declare to the county and just give the purchaser some legal form/deed.

hey gang, i decided to serve tenant with 3 day pay or quit notice. the california dept of consumer affairs doesnt mention anything about filing a declaration of service notice with the courthouse on its website that ive been able to find. does anyone know what i need to do with this form?
