I am a rehabber dealing mostly with REO properties and I am having a miserable time finding deals.  

On the other side live cold calling can be miserable to do, people can be rude (as they have every right to be) and it can be emotionally draining over time. 

Some guy came by here asking about do I want to sell and I was all hey man look at all these leads I am rolling in leads all these little babies are sending letters and nailing signs to lamposts like people dont have computers man I will give all this away for free but it sounds like you dont want to have a real business which is just sad because SEO is free and I give it away but LOOK AT THESE SCREENSHOTS Its mostly people with a miserable life that hate when others are successful.

I see wanna be investors try and take the perceived "wholesale" shortcut and fail miserably all the time.  

As you can imagine, 63 hours in a classroom over a 7 day period is pretty miserable.

No miserable tenants, full of excuses, leaking sinks and blocked up toilets and oh!

A lot of the guys I've seen fail refused to listen to the successful franchisees, struggle miserably, and then wonder why their franchise failed.The franchise model, overall, is a great business model.

I don't know about everyone else but I want to enjoy today within reason and not be miserable saving money because tomorrow is not promised to anyone.Equity growth is where you make your money with properties.

We considered giving some money to resolve the problem but currently we are very angry with her for making our lives miserable.

Taxes, miserable title situations, probate - I've handled all of those for sellers and realtors usually will not touch them.
