For me RE investing has many aspects that make enticing.Freedom that is given as cash flow is built.Better control of my investments.Something that I can see and touch.I also enjoy taking a property that looks disgusting and turning it into something that is much more appealing.But, mostly I like RE because it has built a nice nest egg that I plan to grow.

There is another investing forum for hard money lenders where they have 42 currently listed.They set it up in this format:1ST American Hard Money LendersHML Loan TypeResidential and CommercialLending AreaCAContactTJAddress[REMOVED]Phone[REMOVED]Fax[REMOVED]Web Site[REMOVED]Email[REMOVED]I am posting this as an example but from this it indentifies if they are a commercial lender or residential or both and what states they lend in which is important.They also have limits as to what they can lend but sometimes hard money lenders will make exceptions for a certain deal so maybe that wouldn't need to be posted.They also have a disclaimer:(Note: This is merely a listing of hard money lenders and shouldnot be construed as an endorsement.

Most will merely reforward deals from other sources hoping for a piece of the commission.I also have successfully found deals through attorneys with clients that need to sell property.

While it's true that anyone can sue anybody and everybody for anything, many lawsuits are settled on terms favorable to the defendant merely because of the entity holding title.The headlines are made when a huge judgement is entered or when a judge or jury elect to throw out corporate law and "punish" a particular individual by piercing the entity veil.
