So takes 50 KW for 250 miles of range.. not sure on your lightning but the tesla you plug in and then program when to start charging. 

My realtor is showing me duplexes ranging from 399-430k.

However, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres all offer multifamily inventory in comparable price ranges of single family homes in the other markets you mentioned, which will allow significantly higher cash flow potential

Likewise, in real estate there are Mentors by the dozen that all have “the secret to your success” available for purchase ranging from $289 to $50,000 (no joke on that upper number).  

Houses that I've been looking at are $500 - $750K range.

Owner says rents are about $2-300 under what they could be but with the tenants being loyal and the way they are their own small community she recommends not raising rent.All 7 homes run off of 2 wells.Some differed maintenance but overall nice condition trailers range from 70s-80s model Owner says property manager/handy man lives next door and handles everything for her from maintenance to collecting and deposit rents.

Same price range, but mostly interested in appreciation. 

MLS will give you some, but you can look online to the City's website for the City owned real estate they have for sale, but those tend be up to highest bid.I wish there was a catch-all answer to this question, but there really isn't, because it depends on several factors - like what's your price range, what are you looking to do with the property?

I am retiring from the military and am planning to move to Calhoun County in Alabama next year and have started really looking at the list of delinquent properties and just made requests on 10 different vacant plots, ranging from 2009 to 2015 tax sales (to the state).
