That said, you could get horribly bitten by malicious tenants in the event they have an "accident", or you may incur damage to the unit in the event they slip and tear off the gutter when trying to deep clean it.

With as many teeny boppers as there are today that commit suicide over vicious comments made online, I'm sure there are plenty of mothers sitting on the jury that would agree that Bryce should pay dearly for his malicious comments.
