It's just icing on the cake.

The federal government had already said the historically racially biased criminal justice system in the US could have a disparate-impact. 

Not to mention, waiting three months for a sheriff to come out is fundamentally unfair on the scales of justice and enables a 'playing of the system'.

The superiority clause means states can't either.Hopefully the Supreme Court continues to uphold the Constitution as written, regardless of who the Justices were appointed by.

You have to consider if it's worth it or if you should take advantage of the market, sell your properties now for top dollar, and invest in an area that still believes in justice and fairness and personal responsibility.

Even if you do live in a "landlord friendly" location the eviction itself could be uncertain depending on the District Justice involved in the case.

Between the riots, skyrocketing crime,draconian lockdowns, destruction of small businesses, and government-sanctionedviolence in the name of "social justice" with the police beingdemonized and criminals being emboldened; NYC is bleeding population as well asrevenue with citizens and businesses leaving in droves for more tax-friendly,freedom-loving parts of the country.   

I'm not social justice warrior-ing here at all, just curious because I did the same thing.
