Here is how it's actually written in the standard Listing Agreement contract here in Georgia: "If Seller during the Protected Period, as that term is hereinafter defined, sells or contracts to sell Property to any buyer who makes an offer, was introduced to, visited, received information on, inquired about, or otherwise learned of the Property during the agreed upon term of this Agreement, then Seller shall pay the commission referenced above..."

I thought we already cleared that up (see post #2).I was merely using your description of a mentor when inquiring of your retirement which basically meant that I wasn't counting on you being my "mentor" any time soon. ;)Believe me, I have paid many times over for things that were of no value to me and have also received some "complimentary" things that were of more value than I could have put a price tag on.

We are however displeased with the lack of communication from this company...they do not respond with emails or phone calls...when we have inquired about invoices for services...and a very high pest control bill showed up...which they took out of our rental income...without even notifying us of this expense.
