So, it was effectively a HELOC in action, but it was called something different.

Now the permit expired due to inactivity and based on their record, there is basically nothing built on the lot where my house sits.

After a brief stall in activity as rates spiked over the past 3-4 months, rates have softened considerably and made returns more attractive. 

Then after a year of inactivity you have to have the line pressure tested by the city.After talking it over with the paw in law I think we will pay the extra upfront to have a heat pump installed.

dig in actively on BP it will excelorate ur learning progress and u will he ready before ur time to put action to ur learning!

I'm assuming the HOA has been inactive for quite some time, but cannot be sure.  

Co folks aren't good at answerkng their phones.FWIW and FYI in many counties in GA the counties hate mobile homes so much, and I bet in your co too, that they inact restrictions that min lot size is 2 acers. 

I also have a State of Oregon Mortgage Bankers license which of course means NMLS registration (all though I am inactive right now) I am in the process of the annual CE for that this week which is 10 hours every year.
