I've certainly been immersed in the education.

Reading books and listening to podcast are fine but I want to take action and immerse myself within the business. 

For the last few months, I’ve been listening to the podcasts and studying various forum threads when not immersed with working or studying, with the intention of learning as much as I could so that once grad school was completed, I could start investing.

Just made the pivot this week and am interested in the Lafayette/NW Indiana area to invest in a multi-family unit and then scale up in the years to follow (because my area makes no sense to me after immersing myself in to Bigger Pockets learning).

I've been immersed in reading all the threads, blogs, eBooks, and listening to the podcasts as much as I can.My wife and I are looking to get into the real estate investing market ASAP.  

This required you to immerse yourself in learning all you can about the BRRRR strategy.

In the past year I have immersed myself in the world of real estate investing, learning as much as I possibly can.
