@Will Jones, we are in the process of putting an offer on a piece of land in where we will build a building for one of my businesses and then lease out the rest of the space.  

We are not talking about a payment portal for a PM where as long as it processes, it's fine.

I'm moving to San Diego next year from Denver, CO and am looking to make the right personal finance decision in the process. 

When i read about how their deal was really messed up with most investor probably going to take huge loss's its not shocking.. you have to stay right on top of these and have the manpower to do it.

The problem with that is he doesn't allow people to ask questions about parts of the process down the road.

I think this may be a built in functionality of the Turno app, but I don't use Turno and my cleaners don't seem to offer that as part of their standard process.

My sister is a broker, so she is helping educate me about some of the processes. 

It slowed down their process because the agent had to juggle priorities.

In an ideal scenario, it’s possible to complete the process in about three months—especially if the rehab is minor, you have your financing lined up, and the property rents quickly. 

Forgive me if im being a bit forward: would you be willing to give some sort of tips/guidance of the process ypu went through from start to finish?
