I have also heard of a service called PayNearMe, that allows him to bring cash to local stores, I think 7-11, maybe others, then they send it to you.

We had apartments upstairs that he rents out, plus another store.

Whenever I have an AirBnB related expense, I take a photo of the receipt and put the amount, store, etc. in the subject line/body of the email and send it to that email address.
