@scott mac made my coffee spill...Laundry room- not a coin operated one but fluff and fold with a person.On site manager can: sell locks, loan tools for a fee, sell candy or soda machine, babysitting, rent bikes, rent ebikes, sell rolling baskets, sell or rent wagons (radio flyer or the canvas ones), rent out a pick up truck, sell security devices, sell mini air conditioners...Most these things require a person to be on site to stock, secure, and sell the items.Saturday bbq for sale plate of whatever Rent parking spaces.

We take the dirty stuff home (3 hr drive) and wash and fold for next time. 

a map of your county might be the best bet. you can also ask around and see if your local association of realtors has an "area map" as they're a lot more detailed. mine folds up nicely too so it doesn't take up much space at all.

There is a folding service and also some nearby commercial accounts.

As I remember, during the last crash NY area did not look bad at all (correct me if I am wrong), only CA, FL &  AR experienced 3 times fold. 

My logic was that it works the same either way.For those with small children or playful cats, around the back is the best choice.In our short term rental, our cleaner does over the top and triangle fold.

The importance/value of documenting everything via email pays off ten fold should you ever end up in small claims court. 

Our insurance on the Gulf Shores property went up something like ten fold in just a few years (going from memory).  

Also, when looking at colors in the store, always fold anything else on the chip away so that you're looking at only the color you are considering, and hold it up against a white piece of paper, otherwise your eye will pick up the hue of other colors.
