@Ian I Leinwand  I'd have no problem paying the fees for the rest of the year, but would not be happy paying the PM 1% as they were already paid to place the tenant and did nothing to facilitate the sale.

I need some help figuring out how to structure the deal and how to approach the seller on this option: 1) Who facilitates payments on owner financing? 

I believe there is a requirement that you attend at least one meetup (currently via Zoom) to introduce yourself before the group facilitators grant access to the Slack group.

But before doing that, I would simply talk to the seller and let her know that you cannot close without access to each unit, and would be happy to help in anyway you can to facilitate getting this access.
