I don't have an espresso machine otherwise I'd make you a mean drink but we can always meet or coffee or tea. 

So my fuel or energy to move the car is free. and there are no oil changes or tune ups.. just tires.. and with the regen braking you hardly use the breaks.. its really a genius car and totally the right machine I think for running folks around...

You can find deals but only if you have a marketing machine running or maybe more on the outskirts like Huntersville.

Not a flooring guy, but I had some tile glued onto basement floor concrete where the guy that took up the tiles used some kind of machine (looked a bit like a floor polisher) that heated the tile so that the glue loosened and then the scrape was easier.

If you see a tenant storing vehicles, running a machine shop, using it as residential quarters use extreme caution as this is likely a non-permitted use despite what you may have been told or read otherwise.

(We should be able to remedy much of that with an ozone machine.)
