What other factors should I pay close attention to in either the deal or when reviewing the physical property?

Hi all,I'm reviewing a P&L for a 7 unit building, and I've got a couple of (basic) questions:1. 

I was not familiar with this company but reviewed their website. 

Just make sure to vet them by checking reviews and talking to references.

I think the best you can hope for are detailed INDEPENDENT reviews about the services.

It was interesting to see they scraped review data and saw where travelers mentioned driving from the most to build this list along with metro city growth.

I have only 3 doors now but I'm getting more soon.Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with.I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide.
