Wednesday mornings, 830 am Athens restaurant  in  canton  has breakfast, it's sponsor is screia,  Wednesday nights we have what's called winners dinner, it started on bigger pockets, Right now, it's at mccalls  in canton south.

Once a week one of them will come over and clean your house, do your laundry, cook you dinner, give you a bath and a massage....

It's located on Las Olas Blvd where tons of people go for dinner, drinks, come off cruise ships, etc, etc.

Breakfast, Dinner, Lunch, Brunch, Happy Hour, Dog Parks, Music or just a nice stroll to start or end the day.

We meet for dinner at 5:30 in the private room in back.

@Michael Doherty I think it's a great question and just thinking about it I see how I've evolved over the years.Initially I was very excited to share what I was doing in real estate, not to brag, but to inspire other people but I found most people acknowledged ithat it was a great idea and that they should do something similar but they never did.After a while I found that discouraging and I more or less kept it to myself unless asked.A couple years ago I went out to dinner with one of my new staff members from my day job and in the process of talking about ourselves it came up.

A few of us go to the bar inside the club for a drink or dinner after the meeting.  

Does anyone know of a San Diego Airbnb/short term rental expert I could take out for a steak dinner (serious)?

If you want to clean it up yourself tell them your a handyman or contractor and let the manager deal with the locals.There is more but dinner time...................

I hope this helps some of the newer investors, the ones who are still attending meetups taking people out to dinner and buying coffee in the end the hard work will pay off.
