I've been to the neighborhood and the houses are actually very cute and clean on the outside.

one of my neighbors had purchased the design off amazon and got this cute studio with a garage built out and is getting 1600 a month off air bnb

House is very cute and very on trend - I'd love to stay in a "tiny" house for a weekend just to see what it is like and I'm sure others feel the same way.

To make a long story a little shorter, I graduated from a four year university with a degree in graphic design only to realize my skills were so specialized that employment opportunities were ostensibly non-existent.

I kinda stole one from cottageblogger and modified it... because I am not very creative - but I think I did pretty good and I hope they don't mind I used their graphics :-) HOLY MOLY I AM ACTUALLY DOING IT... 

It's a super cute house in a older historic type neighborhood. 

This is why I no longer have my full name and have a cute bunny photo on my profile instead of the sexy mama photo I should have!  

There is a HB in the MO legislature to do away with this law, but not sure if it passed.And if you ask your bank about a trust account, this is an account that usually takes legal trust documents from an attorney to set up and then a different type of bank account that is designed for a trust that may or many not be able to use all the cute buzzers and bells like online banking or online transfer between accounts and have higher fees than the regular account.
