Seems like DC does not have to be the center of the talent universe and we can put more offices for less money around the country, like the FBI lab in Huntsville, NASA in various places.

We are absolutely in love with the amazing park system, the beautiful Maumee River, and the local hospitality.In my real estate investing career, I have been fortunate to visit and analyze properties all around the country.

No to mention plaintiff's attorneys care more about the insurance than you, even if you do have assets because that's the path of lease resistance.  

We are out of country and having a very difficult time knowing what is going on on the ground.

I am really interested in getting some insight from someone who has been investing in the area for a few years to get a better idea of there viewpoint on the country and area they are invested in.
